true success and happiness)
 Faith and belief must precede and accompany
all good actions
 Be constant in prayer (salah). Be constant in

 Pray in congregation
 Be ever conscious of The Day of Judgement

3.  Spend and share with others the gifts given by
The Almighty (money, food, clothes, time,
knowledge etc)
 Live and eat with your spouse. Make him or her
your closest companion in this world
 Maintain contact and do good towards parents
and relatives (e.g. our Prophet instructed us to
visit the sick)
 Speak kindly to all people
 Seek knowledge

4.  Trust in The Almighty’s plan. None can fathom
His infinite wisdom
 Repent with true regret and remorse after sinning
 Remember, remember all the blessings that The
Almighty has bestowed
 Do not advise others to that which you do not do
yourself
 Seek help through patience, perseverance and
prayer

5.  Be grateful (say Alhamdulillah) after waking
up from sleep
 Eat pure, wholesome and good food
 Enter all places humbly
 Do not complain about food
 Do not ask unnecessary questions
 Bear in mind the lessons from Al-Quran. Hold
on to it with all strength

6. A Muslim must live by The Quran. His actions,
thoughts, interactions, his entire life must be
guided by the Quran. This alone can lead to
true success and happiness in this world and
the next – our final abode…
