Bullying is when one person deliberately tries to
hurt another by:
 Saying hurtful things
 Kicking, hitting, pushing or tripping them
 Calling them names
 Taking their stuff
 Making them do things they don’t want to do

4. What can you do about bullying?
 You can walk away
 You can tell an adult
 You can make friends with
someone else
 Avoid areas where the
bully can pick on you
 Surround yourself with
friends who will stand up
for you

5. What can you do if you see someone
getting bullied?
 Tell an adult
 Get friends together and talk to
the bully
 Don’t cheer the bully on or watch
 Be nice to the person being bullied
 Try to make friends with the bully
and show him that being friends is
better than being a bully
