- Future in Mind: Leeds is a 4 year strategy – building on work already started in the last 2 years….
- (Jane intro) A key message has been the need to know what is available and over the last 2years we have developed the MindMate website Why it was commissioned DIGITAL – KEY AREA OF DEVT Quick accessible info - MindMate Young People led – from start and continues
- CARRIE Talk through the content (very brief) Main audience for MindMate is high school age young people Content for under 16s inclucing explanation of services in Leeds and how to access them Content for young adults (up to 25) Top tips for feeling good including mindfulness section Parents pages and useful links A professionals section with resources

- CHARLOTTE What happened ? Why did you choose TBP – what stood out? How has the working relationship been? Have they lived up to expectations?? Mention the award? - national award, where design has enabled engagement in a product and helped it be more effective
- SHANELLE What is the role of a member of the approval panel? How does it work? (meet face to face to discuss, get sent links to pages for feedback, check web links, test games, write recommendations) Liz explain other approval panels how they fit
- CARRIE Do you want to talk through an example of workshop with young people to help develop content? If it feels too much / too abstract we can ditch this slide?
- Liz to explain 10 minute activity – each table given a set of ‘personas’ (how we test with YP) to give them a reason to visit and explore MM. To use ipads and any hand held devices available NB because of the detail on find your mindmates, stresspot games these work better on tablets or laptops – but should give you a flavour
- JANE (last 5 mins? ) Branding..AKA ‘visual identity’? Briefly.. how MindMate has expanded into other city wide initiatives using next 5 slides
- Future in Mind strategic plan, including quick guide (on your tabels)
- School will audit their provision (via SEMH section of School Health Check) and identify areas for development to ensure all criteria will be GOOD to achieve MM Friendly status.
- New MindMate lessons for key stages 1-4 Modern multimedia and teacher editable with lesson plan –download from MindMate website Developed by what CYP tell us they want and what we know are key issues in the city e.g., bullying, feeling different,
- Antistigma MindMaze board game – also work underway by gaming students of Leeds City College to create a digital version – to be placed on MindMate website
