Description of the project
Formerly known as CCN Systems, is a global credit information group with operations in 36
countries. The company employs 15,500 people with corporate headquarters in Dublin, Ireland
and operational headquarters in Nottingham, England and Costa Mesa,California, US. It is listed
on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index.
In this project the ‘NextGen’ product of Experian is being developed/enhanced for
Commercial(Business/Company) and Consumer (Individual) clients for various geographies
(Australia and Netherlands).
Role : Technology Lead
Responsibility : His responsibilities included ownership of the complete SDLC process for
the tasks assigned for enhancing the product ‘NextGen-Australia’ and
‘NextGen-Netherlands’, provide solution for the defects identified during
the UAT phase for this product, creation of knowledge share document for
each defect fixed, anchoring communication between various stakeholders

Description of the project
In this project an iOS mobile app (360° Absence) is developed with the front end on the iPhone
and the middle-tier on Java. This is an end-to-end application development project involving
requirements elaboration, use case creation,design, review, build, testing, implementation and
support. The system was developed in multiple releases using the staged waterfall development
methodology.
Role : Technology Lead
Responsibility : His responsibilities included requirement gathering, Analyzing
requirement, Requirement documents creation, establishing project plan &
estimations, impact analysis, high & detailed level designing, developing
& implementing, unit, system, integration & user acceptance testing,
performance testing, deploying code to production, and taking bottom-line

The Group Administration (GA) program is to transform MetLife(s) employer and participant
operating environments by simplifying and automating their processes across products and
markets while improving the customer experience through greater capabilities and increased speed
to market to enable future growth and profitability. As part of this program 23 applications are in
core scope and 56 in partial/adjacent scope. As part of this program a system "Group
Administration" is built to replace the multiple applications being used to handle existing Group
policy administration.
