Point out items with arrows—how to enter, special new section for Students & alumni, NAF menu, Upcoming Events, & What’s New sections
Reiterate what you just showed them on accessing the login page from the home page
Point out the Collaborative Network link on the login page before discussing the login section—remind them that passwords are case sensitive
Show them what their personal page will look like once they have logged in and point out link to curriculum.

Point out that the courses listed here are the OLD NAF courses—to access the new ones, they need to click on the banner
Point out the Handbook and stress what a great tool it is for teachers—provides teaching methods
Point out that you have returned to personal page and are now going to take them to their datacenter by clicking on the NAF Data Center button.

Point out that the selected grid appears highlighted in a peachy beige color. This is the Academy Record page. Point out the envelope in the left column, which means they can’t change it, and clicking on the envelope will generate an email to their Regional Director. The pencil symbol on the left means that they can edit the information in that section themselves by clicking on the pencil
Point out that this is the Data Submission Status grid (highlighted in peachy beige). Pay particular attention to the column marked “Essential Data” which will say “incomplete”, “complete”
Emphasize the due date and explain the different matriculation dates
