billed & WIP (Work In Progress).
• Management of project including work scheduling ,monitoring progress of work to
ensure timely completion without any cost & time over run ,Schedule & resource
finalization with the project team.
• Verify material, Quantity take off, invoicing Order the materials & equipment as per
project requirement.
• Issue NCR to contractors for fault work & rectified.
• Mobilization of manpower for execution of the project.
• Floating request for inspection of installation to consultant & client & rectifying if any
snag works/comments.
• To study the approved drawing & if any discrepancies & Conflicts between tender
drawing & construction drawing , then raise queries & claiming variation to consultant.
• Debit Note-To ensure recovery against the rework/fault work from the contractors as per
recommendation from the site.
HSE (Health Safety& Environment)
• Carryout daily site HSE tours with contractors HSE staff & highlight issue & action to
subcontractors.
• Follow up with the contractor on outstanding HSE issue, including Reports, Observation
logs ensuring prompt closure with adequate evidence of compliance Review & comment
of the contractors HSE plans.
• Advise the contractors to update the site safety plan when necessary.
• Review & Comment on contractors risk assessments & work method statement Prepare
& Maintain QTS HSE registers e.g. Training, Induction, Inspection reports, Incident &
other as required.
• Awareness training on site for labors, Engineer & Contractors for continuous
improvement.
• Prepare monthly HSE reports for HSE manager & Construction manager.
• Attend weekly meeting with the contractors.
• Identify any particular site issue & bring to the notice of the contractors.
• Assist the project site team during internal, external & site surveillance audits.
• Ensuring the site welfare facilities are being managed & maintained correctly by the
contractors.
• Production of site HSE induction in dual language for the project.
