Work Method
A. Design of the Project:
The Office follows the studio based design practice. The practice has a reputation for through analysis and
innovative problem solving. Each project is considered with each individual priority. Then the design evolution
continues with the project architects involvement. There are regular schedule for design reviews at which entire
design teams present the work to the Senior Architects and Principle Designer for discussion and criticism. This
process, which continues throughout the design development phase and ensures the quality aesthetics and
functional efficiency of the final building. Later the principals and options of a project are presented and debated with
the client until the demands and full value potential of the site are thoroughly understood. The practice believes that
the best architectural is created when the client is intimately involved in the design process.
B. Financial Research of The Projects:
We emphasized the importance of monitoring the financial research and environment to keep the business in better
financial growth and provided quality services to our client. Financial research is required for defining specific
problem and opportunists. We need to gather market survey information, prepare preference list, sales forecast by
region, effectiveness of advertising and which be in a particular project.
To obtain financial research in the following ways:
 Team building for specific project: We have financial research team, which included
marketing and survey team, Architect Engineers team, and Finance team.
 Project survey and gathered information: Our marketing team survey through the project
location, opportunity of market, target customer team survey through the project location,
opportunity of market, Target customer and sales scope.
 Our Engineer and Architect Team, justify the scope and opportunity and testing the
environmental and legal factor for construction.
 Our financial team considers our financial scope, opportunity, weakness and threat. They
adjusted financial information to engineering and market and sales information. Finally,
they prepare a financial research report and will submit it the Managing Director for
approval
