5. Work Method
A. Design of the Project:
The Office follows the studio based design practice. The practice has a reputation for through analysis and
innovative problem solving. Each project is considered with each individual priority. Then the design evolution
continues with the project architects involvement. There are regular schedule for design reviews at which entire
design teams present the work to the Senior Architects and Principle Designer for discussion and criticism. This
process, which continues throughout the design development phase and ensures the quality aesthetics and
functional efficiency of the final building. Later the principals and options of a project are presented and debated with
the client until the demands and full value potential of the site are thoroughly understood. The practice believes that
the best architectural is created when the client is intimately involved in the design process.
B. Financial Research of The Projects:
We emphasized the importance of monitoring the financial research and environment to keep the business in better
financial growth and provided quality services to our client. Financial research is required for defining specific
problem and opportunists. We need to gather market survey information, prepare preference list, sales forecast by
region, effectiveness of advertising and which be in a particular project.
