mouth and nose. Wash your
mouth by taking water in and
moving it around inside. Wash
your nose by sniffing water up
to the top-most part and then
blowing it out while cleaning
your nose with your left hand.
It is best to rinse your mouth
and clean your nose three
times, but this may also be
done once or twice.
