Job Objective
The core objective of this job was to maintain the Contract Management System,
and report to Sr. Contracts Engineer in all matters pertaining to it.
Responsibilities/Coordination
· Costing of Direct Manpower, Consumables & Equipments for Maintenance activities.
· For Plant Maintenance activities, obtaining quotations & making comparative statements.
· Preparation of weekly overtime Report of Contract Manpower to control the budget.
· For additional staff follows up with contractor for arranging manpower.
· Resolving any issue/dispute during job execution.
· Coordination in the Preparation & Monitoring of yearly budget report and making sure not to exceed
from budget.
· Monitoring of contractors performance. (Man-hour Report, SUSA Audit Report, Turnover Report)
· Contractors monthly Invoice verification
· Overhaul / Shutdown: Prepare Daily Strength Reports & Daily Cost Monitoring report for Shutdown /
Overhaul Manager.
Special Assignments
· Was Responsible to prepare the cost report of services, that were planned to contract out.
· Analyzed the jobs to be awarded and prepared the comprehensive budget report accordingly.
· Responsible to make daily cost report during the OH, as a quick reference for decision making.
· Was involved in the preparation of contracts, its cost and after wards its administration.
· Made mobilization and demobilization plan according to jobs.
