Responsibilities:
 Making sure all safety precaution equipment is taken.
 Periodically inspection of all types of open hole-cased hole tools, hand tools,
safety equipment, lifting gears, calibration and high pressure equipment.
 Open hole and cased hole tools and equipment preparation, maintenance,
calibration, proper utilization, planning and implementation.
 Perform all necessary troubleshooting with the tools or the unit as required during
or after a job, with proper reporting for the same.
 Preparation of purchase requisition, follow up and finally check-up of tools and
equipments, Evaluate and plan the requirements of spare parts and consumable
stock of all systems components.
 Conducted failure analysis of mechanical & electrical failures as well as
unexpected maintenance & operational problems related to tools and
equipment.
 Perform post job service of open and cased hole logging and perforating tools.
 Down hole tools trouble shooting during tools calibration.
 Reservoir description tool (RDT) PM1, PM2, PM3 maintenance
and troubleshooting (mechanical and electrical part).
 Perform RDT function test.
 Testing logging tools after maintenance using INSIT Software.
 Responsible for open hole and cased hole logging tools schedule maintenance
planning and execution. (As for example –PM1, PM2 and PM3).
 DITS/INSITE down hole tools maintenance and trouble
Shooting till component level, Example of open hole tools: SDLT,
BSAT, ACRI, ACRS, WSRA, ICT, XRMM, OMRM, MSFL, DLLS,PTMS, D4TG, PTS, HPS,
DPS, QGS, FPS, FLID and MCS. Example of auxiliary tools: RWCH, HRCH, MCSA,
DTDD, FXIS, FXDS, RCEN, ACNS and CENI, Example of cased hole tools: CBL, CCL,
CAST-F, PLT tools (SONDEX tools: AUH001, CFBM031, CFBM032, CFBM033, CFJM008,
CFSM024, CTF004, FDI001, FDR020, ILS022, PGR020, PKJ013, PRC017, PRC034,
PSJ010, QPC003, QPS019 and free point).
 Perform all types of DITS & INSITE tools mechanical section function test.
 Maintained all tools maintenance, spare parts and other record by SAP system.
