to happen
Personal
Commitment

against the Goal
5. Consequences of Poor Quality
• Loss of Business – Leads to customer looking
for alternative
• COD – Cost of Dissatisfaction
• Tarnishing ATPI reputation
6. Personal Commitment
Do we have double standards?
• Would we expect Hospital nurses be allowed to deviate and put babies in wrong place?
• Would we expect to go home to the wrong house by mistake periodically?
• Would we "Let it Go" any short-changed in amount of your pay checks at any months as
deposited in bank?
People are conditioned to believe that error/slippage is inevitable
We not only accept error/we anticipate it
It does not bother us to make a few errors, and in fact we plan to accommodate these errors to occur
We feel that human beings have a "built-in" error factor
However, we do not maintain the same standard when it comes to our personal lives
Thus, we have double standards - one for ourselves and one for the organisation
7. We need to adopt
“First time Right "Attitude
Which means
Getting rid of this “Double standard” by making
personal commitment to not accept any error or
deviation.
