year 2010 having Marketing Office at “27 WHITE AVE,SCARBOROUGH,ON,CANADA”
and design office at “110MK Ideal Plaza QA industrial State,” specialized in
mechanical design and product development using marketing leading and state of
the art design software's. Our team is made up of a group of mechanical and

4. Conceptual Design
At MAK ENGINEERING, we can provide design concept either working in close
cooperation or working independently with the design parameters outlined by the
customer. Our in-house extensive engineering capabilities allow us to put together
innovative and well thought out concepts whether it is for large complex systems or
small scale simple components. With having expertise in many engineering fields, we can
provide one stop coordinated development services.

5. Detail Design
From concept design, we are able to generate detailed design ready for
manufacturing. The design is customized in close collaboration with in-house
team, whether it is a design for an existing machine that needs changes or a
concept that need to be detailed and production ready. Once we are clear
about Customer requirements we apply our engineering resources and
expertise to not only materialize Customer ideas, but also provide our own
solutions wherever it is needed.
6. Mechanism Design
A mechanism is defined as a design with one or more moving parts. we provide
numerous skills to assist customer in creating and evaluating a mechanism design. We do
complex calculations for displacements, velocities, accelerations, and reaction forces
without the cost of a physical prototype. Stress Analysis Environment is used to conduct
structural, Static and model stress analysis studies on the digital prototype. In force
driven motion, different calculations are done on linear & nonlinear springs, dampers
and drives. It ensures efficient mechanical mechanism design and final result in a 2D
engineering representation.
7. Hydro-Mechanical Design
MAK is able to engineer systems and devices where mechanism and hydraulic systems are
integrated tightly. Most static and mobile machinery in the extraction industry (mining, logging,
farming etc) use fluid power systems because of the flexibility they offer. We have the ability
to design and analyze fluids power systems for virtually any type of machines or vehicles, irre-
spective of load or requirements. Appropriate use of hydraulic components enable systems,
designed by us to function properly and smoothly

Our sheet metal design team at MAK ENGINEERING has intensive experience with sheet metal
components for aesthetics as well as functional design. We can help shorten lead times with
reduced scrap and material costs. Our team of sheet metal experts use state-of-art CAD tools, CAE
tools and a systematic approach to design sheet metal parts. This enables us to provide effective

9. Industrial Piping
The scope of piping refers to the entire design process of connecting the equipment using
appropriate piping components as determined by the process engineering team.
The main aim of piping design is to lay equipment, piping and other accessories meeting
relevant standard, statutory regulations and safety requirement.
First Piping Engineers produce Site Plan, then they develop overall Plot Plan, Unit Plot
Plans. After Unit Plot Plans are in place, They develop major piping in and around
equipment. They do plan for pipe racks as well.
