3. RECOMMENDATIONS
“Morgan worked for me while I was President of PPA Real Estate Management.
She worked for the company in two separate positions. As Morgan demonstrated
strong leasing skills and exceptional customer service, we later invited her to
come work in the corporate office as the executive assistance. She supported
the President, the CEO, the Director of Acquisitions. The whole time Morgan did
an outstanding job working with others in the corporate office and supporting the
executive staff. She would be hired again. I fully recommend her as a great
employee…

Alliance and Owner of GCG Investments
My name is Ashley Voorhees, I have worked with Wells Fargo for 12 years and
currently I am a Performance Coach-AVP in the Mortgage Division. I have had
the pleasure of getting to know Morgan Woodfield, who is seeking employment
with our company; through close family and friends.
Some qualities that stand out about Morgan that I would like to share with you
are:
- She is a hard worker. She has excelled in many areas of her school and personal
life and has been the recipient of recognition awards for her leadership skills and
community involvement.
- She is bilingual in Spanish. She recently volunteered for a mission in Peru which
helped her become completely fluent with reading, writing, and speaking the
Spanish language.
- She has had successful sales positions with other companies she has been
employed. Not only does Morgan understand a sales environment, she has
thrived in a customer service culture. These skills, I believe, fit our Wells Fargo
Vision and Values model.
She is very personable, works well with others, has exceptional team building
skills, and is a pillar of honesty and integrity in her community and personal life.
~ Ashley Voorhees, Wells Fargo Performance Coach-AVP in the Mortgage
Division
I was with Larry Lighthall, my dear friend and my friend at Wells Fargo. I told him
that your Holcomb Bridge Bank hired a new person who was a trainee and I was
impressed with everything about her demeanor and she certainly should spiral
within your system. I have come to your bank twice and she was my teller twice.
She remembered me, and she just made my visit to the bank pleasant and
almost unusually enjoyable. In the future, I would wait in line just to be serviced
by her… You might want to track her as she appears to be one who should be in
a place where she deals with the public in a more important capacity; she has
that aura about her. I usually do not od something like this and the last time I did
was with state farm who, within a month, transferred the person into a sensitive
and responsible position. I see the same qualities in this young lady.”
~ Steve F. Freedman, Wells Fargo High Value Customer, (taken from email sent
to store manager)
