We make the whole report in four part. At the beginning of
this report we give an overview of Square Pharmaceuticals
Ltd. Then we analyze the mission & vision statement of the
company. After that we tried to build a corporate strategy
map for square pharma and linked that map with balance
scorecard to measurement and also give an action plan to
achieve those. At the end of the report we give some
recommendations to measure the performance.
