•Chat bots are helping banks enhance customer satisfaction by
answering a host of their queries within seconds.
• Chat bots can conduct smart conversations with millions of
consumers thus reducing the cost of using human customer service
staffs.
•The core of this project focuses on conversational based chatbot that
serves customer’s inquires and additionally they can look out for
available bank loan schemes.

•Bankerbot is a bank enquiry based chatbot that serves customers.
•This chatbot answers to common FAQ’s related to banking operations.
•This bot lists out various loan schemes offered by bank based on the
inputs provided by user.
•This chatbot allows users to search for region wise helpline numbers.
BANKINFO SEARCH MODULE
•This module provides bank details such as address, IFSC code and
telephone numbers based on regions
