-Active directory: Reset and amend passwords. Back up Citrix
user profiles. Add users to Laptop, Desktop and printer
managed groups. Deploy default software and Licensed
Nampak software (Office 2010, JDE, Citrix, Seshego etc.). Load
users profile with printer drivers and install, configure network
printers. Map network drives and add to user profiles.
-Outlook 2010 and 2007: Amend and create outlook

outlook. Back up PST and OST files on the HDD. Configure
Microsoft settings and accounts on outlook.
