Jean Philippe Gravel- Chief Executive Officer
JP has spent his career redefining the management and business development protocols for a
number of firms within the medical, pharmaceutical and financial sectors. He has been focused on a
number of objectives within the field of hair loss prevention and has developed commercial strategies
within that realm as well as for a number of other over the counter products.
His experience prior to human health products was within Desjardins, one of the country’s leading
financial institutions, where he managed multiple units and departments and where he gradually
honed his financial acumen. He is a graduate of the executive MBA program from l’Université du
Québec à Montréal (UQAM). He is passionate about the current state and future of the natural health
solutions domain and his previous roles and passion serve as the guiding principles of Mondias.
Sabino Di Paolo- Chief Financial Officer
Sabino serves various firms in his capacity as CFO. He is currently CFO for Cornerstone Capital
Resources, Everton resources, Melkior Resources and Majescor resources. He previously served in the
same capacity for Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc and his passions in the world of organic health were derived
from this professional and personal experiences in this domain. He has over a decade of experience in
audit, finance and accounting while working as an auditor for PricewaterhouseCoopers and BDO
Canada and has been involved with numerous financing and spin out transactions.
André Rancourt- B. Sc., Chairman
Mr Rancourt has been working in a variety of successful endeavours for close to two decades.
Mr. Rancourt is the Chairman of Mondias and in this role; the team at Mondias rely on his substantial
experience in starting and then maturing numerous firms. André was also the Interim CEO and
Chairman of the Board of Tetra Bio-Pharma Inc.
Over the years, Mr. Rancourt has shaped a number strategic teams based on their corporate
development acumen, product development expertise and has become a leader in this industry due
to an extensive knowledge in the commercialization of professional products in agriculture and health
care markets. He has tremendous experience in negotiation based on his past responsibilities in
communication companies in radio and TV while shepherding them through licence technology
transfers. He completed a degree Sherbrooke University and a Marketing WarFare training.
