Present Work Experience:
1. Associate as a “ENGINEER-QA/QC” at “WPIL LTD(Formerly Known as Worthington Pump India Ltd.)’’ an ISO
9001:2008 company, Manufacturer & Exporter of Vertical Turbine Pump, Horizontal centrifugal Pump &
Submersible Pump etc. from July, 2014 to Till Date.
Present Responsibilities:
 Conduct In-house & Vendor inspection as per QAP & Manufacturing Drawing.
 Prepare Calibration Plan of measuring Instruments & Pressure Gauges.
 Witness on Performance Test.
 Conduct Dynamic Balancing of Impeller as per customer requirement.
 Carried out Positive Material Identification (PMI) examination of SS & AS at receipt stage & final stage.
 Coordinate with Customer or TPIA or Client during final Inspection of Pump.
 Maintain all documents & files as per ISO Norms.
 Monitor, assist & motivate for maintaining ISO procedures.
 Prepare the relevant Quality documents viz. Supplier’s MTC, NDT records, RT films and handed over the same to
Final Inspection Team(TPIA/Client) during final inspection.
 Carry out the relevant Destructive, Non-Destructive Test & witness laboratory test where applicable.
 Verify all material requirements with respect to Contract review, Purchase Order, QAP, Technical Specification
requirements.
 Review & maintain the manufacturers’ & Material Test Certificates.
 Maintain the records of various tests and assist superior in deciding rework & rejection of raw material.
 Perform the role of an auditee for external & Internal audits.
 Attend on customer complaints written or verbally for Quality related matters.
 Working with National, International & Codes Such as API, ASME, ASTM, BS, IS, BIS, MESC,SPE etc.

2. Associated with ”ASSOCIATED TOOLINGS (INDIA) PVT. LTD” an ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 & BS OHSAS
18001:2007 is a Forged Steel & Cast steel Industrial Valves Manufacturer as per API Standard as a “ENGINEER-
QA/QC’’ from November, 2012 to May, 2014.
Responsibilities:
 Conduct Inspection of Forgings as per Approved QAP & Drawing.
 Maintain the Calibration of Pressure Gauges & Measuring Instruments.

2.  Verify all material requirements with respect to Contract review, Purchase Order,QAP, Customer Specification and
product specification requirements viz. API 598, API 591, API 600, API 602, API 603 etc.
 Verify and approve Material Test Certificate, NDT Certificates ( MP report, DP report, RT report, UT report) and
special testing reports (IGC report, Micro report ,Charpy testing & Lateral expansion testing etc).
 To maintain the relevant documentation viz. Supplier certificates, NDT records, RT films and handed over the same
to Final Inspection Team (TPIA/Client) for final inspection.
 Established WPS,WPQ & PQR as per ASME Sec IX.
 Worked with ERP system.
 Perform the role of an auditee for external & Internal audits.
 Plays the role of test conductor in Cryogenic service valve as per BS6364,MESC SPE 77/306 & SPE 77/312.
2. Associated with “VIRAJ PROFILES LTD.” As a ‘‘QA EXECUTIVE’’ from May, 2012 to September, 2012.
