• Review audit team work, comment on the
same and put it up to the Head of the
Sharia’a Control Division.
• Communicate with all Branches and other
Operations Units with regard to Sharia'a
audit remarks.
• Prepare semi-annual reports to be put up to
the Head of Fatwa & Sharia'a Supervisory
Board.
• Analyze the reports and prepare corrective
notes to be sent to Operations Units.
• Check the Credit Committee facilities
approvals to ensure that their terms and
conditions are in line with Sharia’a
guidelines.

preventive/corrective advices particularly if
erroneous implementation to standards is
identified.
• Analyze queries received from Branches and
Operational Units, respond to the same by

resolutions, translation of many Islamic
products contracts, and translating
agreements between the Bank and third
parties.
Collect, Translate and Classify all Sharjah

resolution (2002-2012) and (2013 till
2015).
