 Recruitment and Selection is one of the most
challenging jobs of HR function in any
organization.
 It Plays an important role in achieving the
organizational mission, vision, objectives
and goals.
 Selecting a wrong candidate or rejecting a
right candidate could turn out to be costly
mistakes for the organization.

 To gain practical experience in
organization work situation.
 To prepare a guideline so that it is
useful to the organization.
 To fulfill the partial requirement of MBA
Program.
 To compare the theoretical knowledge
earned with practical experience.

Major Findings
 They have job analysis and most of the
employees aware of this.
 They recruit employees from both internal
& external sources.
 To recruit employees they advertise on the
internet websites and sometimes on
newspapers.
 To develop R&S Process and other HR
functions, they have no any HR Research
Division.

 Every Recruitment & Selection Process should
be according to job analysis.
 To get more skilled & experienced employee
they should recruit from external sources.
 Recruitment circular should be published both
in internet web sites & newspapers.
 To develop Recruitment & Selection process
and other HR functions-they should have HR
Research Division.

Conclusion
 Incorrect staffing decision may quite
costly for the organization.
 Human is the most dynamic resource
for any organization.
 So, the management and human
Resource department of RA needs to
more attention to gain appropriate
R&S Policy.
