4. Introduction
HR is an emerging sector in the new era of the corporate world.
Previously, human resource management was ignored by large
organizations. Today, the situation has changed; most
organizations emphasize the practice of HRM.
The main reason is that the organization is run by people or
human resources, not by a machine.
PRsons Technologies also emphasizes the practice of human
resource management. In my internship report, my main
objective is to identify the HR practice area of PRsons
Technologies.

rapidly. As part of the organization, HRM must then be

Training is an essential part of every employee. Good
training leads to their development and thus to the
development of the organization.
PRsons offers the Employee Education program
internally and externally.
13. Performance Appraisal
The main purpose of the system is to evaluate the
employee's work performance.Performance appraisal is
done for an employee after completing one year of
service in the organization.
14. Compensation
TheHR department uses different software to process the Compensation for
all employees. Here for each employee there are two parts of salary payment,
one is addition and the other is deduction.
50% is the basic salary and the other 50% is divided into house rent, medical
facilities, transport and various expenses.
The employee's total pay is determined by adding all allowances and
subtracting all deductions. Then payroll entries to the employees' bank
account.

PRsons emphasizes great employee relations with a long-
term perspective to retain employees for many years.
The organization is committed to ethics and fair
treatment of every employee to ensure employee
relations.
16. Results And Findings
PRsons organizational performance could be explained by its
effective recruitment and selection practices and performance
appraisal practices, research has shown that while the value of a
company's human resource assets may not appear directly on its
balance sheet, it still has a huge impact on organizational
performance.
However, there was insufficient evidence to demonstrate that
PRsons training and development practices contribute positively
to company performance as perceived by respondents.
17. Results And Findings
Based on the findings of this research, it is recommended that
the management of PRsons continue to ensure compliance with
the HR policy which is the result of the company's strategy to use
human resources among other things to achieve excellent
performance every year.
Management should continue to ensure that the recruitment and
selection process is fair. There should be measures in place to
ensure that all recruitment and selection procedures are in line
with company standards and policies
