Job Title: Group Chief Accountant (Head Of Accounts) Reporting to: CFO
 Managing the entire Finance, Accounts and Treasury of the company with a team of accountant;
 Prepare and review audit financial statements and reviewing audit requirements;
 Preparing monthly financial statements and discuss the company's performance on
Monthly basis according to IFRS for all Groups;
 Preparing management report for the board of directors;
 Responsible for reviewing and submitting a complete set of financial information for the parent
and the consolidated group including the cash flow statement and the disclosures notes;
 Responsible for evaluating the financials of the acquired subsidiaries/associates;
 Prepare financial budgets, accruals, forecasts and variance reports;
 Evaluating investments held for trade and through profit & loss at the end of each financial
period (month, quarter and year);
 Distribution Revenues and cost according to Cost center;
 Review and Control the projects (recording, accruals of income based on tender’s agreements,
and expenditure);
 Support Cost Analyst with special projects and workflow process improvements;
 Oversee the projects of the company that have impact on revenues and play key role in
developing long term financial plane;
 Develop and implement policies and procedures with emphasis on internal controls;
 Preparing the chart of accounts for the Parent & subsidiaries company;
 Responsible for Fixed Assets and Inventory ;
 Managing invoices and the collection of receivable and payment ;
 Responsible for overseeing all day-to-day activities with respect to general accounting,
supervising other staff & communicating with other departments heads;
 Lead & Supervise 25 accountants with various levels;
 Supervise and ensure proper recording and accuracy of all transaction related to payroll;
 Coordinate with the external and internal auditors;
 Coordinate with other departments (Procurement,HR,Legal,etc);
 Analysis financial statements by : (Liquidity Ratios) (Profitability Ratio) (Leverage Ratio)
