often used to relate to the project management context. In other words, the change
management refers to the process of a project management when changes are to be
applied to a particular project based on its scope and business objectives.

28. Conclusion
The research has proven the effectiveness and efficiency of implementing change
management plans in the workplace, in particular, at Deluxe Corporation and its IT
projects. The research outcomes of both primary and secondary findings support each
other and prove a high value that change management practices bring to a business.
However, companies have to work hard in order to manage organizational changes
successfully. When there is a need to create a change management plan, there is a need
to develop a sufficient foundation. This will help to implement change management plans
more effectively.
