Summary
My skill as a professional contracts, procurement, and logistics specialist, with more than ten (10) years of
continuous and cumulative, progressive experience in the field of procurement/purchasing which has been
in line with best procurement practices ranging from the usage of World Bank procurement practices to
corporate method of procurement and purchasing; I have been involved in the procurement management
for these institutions to provide the best value for money of these international/donor fundings and has been
rewarding for the corporate resources to benefit the sole purpose for which these fundings have been
intended for with good returns to the respective institutions; I have also been involved in the management
of contracts implementation.
My accomplishments as a professional procurement and contracts professional gotten me to serve as bid
evaluator, and help the development of procedures and processes for these institutions I have worked with
cross-functional team coordination, procurement plan formulation/planning and, supply chain management,
supplier qualification, development request for proposal/quotes, regulatory reporting, trend analysis;
editing standard operating procedures (SOP), development of specification, provision of safety training and
hands-on experience with Operations Excellence (EO) moments, assembling and disassembling of IT
installations, excellent interpersonal and multicultural skills.

 Responsible for the Managing of Developing of Annual List of Materials for Project/Corporate
usage, Procurement Planning, Specification Development, Sourcing of Suppliers, Contract
Management, Facility Management including Laydown Yard in Buchanan, Managing of Drivers,
and Vehicles - Fleet Management, Fuel Management & Distribution, Assembling and
Disassembling of IT Installations in collaboration of Corporate IT Team in Houston, London, and
Nigeria, Provision of OE Moment Training for Local Staffs, and the provision of SMART Driving
training for all local drivers and on routine basis drivers for logistical companies hired to help
provide airport shuttle for the company.

 Responsible for the Managing of Developing of Annual List of Materials for Project usage,

Provision of hands-on Training for rural procurement staffs in the management of best

Cost Benefit Analysis: My role on this project saves the World Bank from having stationed
procurement consultants to manage the procurement of goods, works and/or service during the
project implementation; a total of US$ two (2) million dollars was saved on this prefect.
