- 2. DEFINITION OF SOIL • Soil is the thin layer of material covering the Earth surface and is formed from the weathering rocks.
- 3. THREE TYPES OF SOIL • Clay soil • Sand soil • Loam soil
- 4. CLAY SOIL It is the soil which is compressed of very fine mineral particles at not much organic materials. FEATURES OF CLAY SOIL It has small particles It holds water for a longer period of time. Picture by www.notcutts.co.uk
