Job Description:
- Oversees the activities of a team of auto-technicians by allocating the workload, tools,
floor space and materials to facilitate efficient completion of scheduled repairs and
services.
- Identify high technical faults to ensure its communication to the Body Shop Foreman
and if additional assistance to repair is required.
- Assess impact of delays, interruptions or changes in plans in order to implement
appropriate course of action to minimize issues.
- Ensure adequate maintenance of tools, equipment and other materials within the
team; report all equipment failures to the Body Shop Foreman for immediate repairs.
- Now i'm the quality control team leader so ; I'm responsible for the quality I'm the final
decision for egression the car after revesion all actions required of reparing. Then ; if I
discover any issues I should resolve it after inspection. And finally I should report all
the mistakes and discusse it with my staff to be careful so as not to be repeated. and
I make a quality gate on all departments during the day.
- Achieving CSI for the service center including qualtiy of work and time aspect
- Achieving the target depending on the month's plan.
- Keeping permanent communication with the service adivsor engineer and sometimes
with clients
