easiest white sauce recipe that i developed over several years.

2. INGREDIENTS
1. Penne pasta 250 gram for 2-3 person
2. Milk – 700 ml
3. Maida – 1.5 tablespoon
4. Onion - 1 big
5. Salt – to taste
6. Vegetable oil – 1 tablespoon
7. Butter – 2 tablespoon
8. Mixed herbs – 1 spoon
9. Chilli flakes – to taste
10. Zucchini – one
11. Mushroom – one small bowl
12. Any other veggies of your choice
• Black pepper – 1 teaspoon

3. COOKING
• Step 1. Put your pasta in double the water and boil it. Add salt and vegetable oil and let it cook for 10 minutes.
• Step 2. Peel and cut your onion in four pieces, add it to the milk and let it to boil.
• Step 3. Take out the onion from boiled milk and keep it aside.
• Step 4. Take a big pan, put butter and let it melt on low flame. Add maida to it and slowly mix it and avoid making any lumps.
• Step 5. Slowly start adding the onion flavoured milk, in small quantities and keep mixing it. It should start becoming a smooth paste
almost instantly.
• Step 6. Continue adding milk to the mixture until its all added and you will have yourself the white sauce. If it hasn’t formed the white
sauce then keep boiling it and keep mixing it. It can take some 5 to 20 mintues to form the white sauce.
• Keep patience.
• Step 7. Don’t forget to check your pasta and keep it aside. Also add mixed herbs and chilli flakes to your sauce.
