If	there	is	no	note,	then	you	are	the	talker.	
Pair	a	talker	with	a	listener.	
In	your	pairs,	as	the	talker	- talk	about	something	you	have	been	
proud	of,	something	you	have	accomplished.	
As	the	listener	follow	the	instructions	on	the	note.

At	the	end	of	the	2	minutes.			Take	1	minute	to	replay	the	
conversation	back	to	the	talker.			Then	Swap	roles.
