Instead of having snacks that are high in fat and
sugar, be prepared with healthier alternatives.
Fruits are always a good option and you should
be able to find at least a couple that you enjoy
and can have small portions of during the day.

what many people do for the week: Meal prep! Who says preparing
meals only has to be done on Monday through Friday? It may take
some time to get it right, but you will be thanking yourself later when
you find yourself eating better on the weekends.

It’s the weekend and a lot of times we just feel like staying in the
house and not doing much. However, that could lead to eating
more than what you should or eating something you shouldn’t.

the week is because there’s a routine that you get into. During
that routine you have your times that you work, exercise, eat,
