There isn’t a one­size­fits­all answer. It’s important to know the nutritional information of what we are eating — such as how much is a serving size? Or how much fat or carbohydrates does this item have? Also, depending on the type of diet you want is a factor in how you moderate what you eat. If you are eating more protein in your diet as compared to a normal diet, a moderate amount is likely more than what it would be otherwise.
