for the Graphics equipment business. Purchasing member of business leadership team that
consolidated the manufacturing locations of a $100,000,000 business that changed the
business contribution from delivering a negative contribution margin to delivering a positive
contribution margin.
• Development of a supplier base in China to support low volume/high mix manufacturing.
This was an extensive process that started out with supplier assessments, gap identification,
gap closure and ongoing development of 15 key suppliers to bring them up to a high level
of performance.

• Manager of 13 direct reports and 22 indirect located in Rochester, NY, China, Israel and
Vancouver Canada in support of Computer to plate equipment business and Unified
Workflow solutions
• Purchasing member of Business leadership team that restructured computer to plate

equipment business to go from negative contribution margin to positive contribution margin
over a three year time frame. Purchasing supported or lead the consolidation of
manufacturing locations from three to one, localized all purchased content within 6 months
and reduced equipment material cost on average, 20%. Managed corporate relationship with
strategic manufacturing partner that spanned multiple businesses in multiple geographies.
Implemented cost models in all regions to manage cost plus business.
• Led purchasing effort to outsource build of Kodak designed front end to contract
manufacturer. Generated 5% cost reduction in price along with elimination of significant
inventory and elimination of 80% of the operating cost of the business.
2003-2008 World Wide Purchasing Manager of Mechanical Components
• Supervisory responsibility for team of 11 worldwide commodity managers.
