Preferred format
High-resolution print-ready PDF
(with bleed and crop marks where relevant)
•	All colours should be CMYK
•	All transparency should be flattened
•	Minimum image resolution 300dpi
×	No spot / Pantone colours
×	No RGB colours
×	No unflattened transparency
Alternative format
300dpi CMYK Jpeg or Tiff file
(with bleed and crop marks where relevant)
Unacceptable formats
We cannot accept complete adverts in the following formats:
Corel Draw; Microsoft Publisher; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft
Word; Scribus; iWork Pages
In-house design
Supply of files
If we are designing your advert for you, we will need the following:
•	Images Jpeg or Tiff format. These should be large – good quality
print requires much larger images than screen or web. An image
300 pixels wide on your screen will only be 25mm (1 inch) wide
when printed. Please ensure these are given clearly labelled
filenames so we can relate them to the text you provide.
•	Logos For best quality these should be vector EPS files.
Alternatively, Jpeg or Tiff files are acceptable if they are large
	 enough; see above.
•	Text Ideally text should be supplied as a Microsoft Word file,
although we can also accept it in the body of an email if absolutely
necessary. Don’t forget to include the contact details you want to
	 appear in your advert.
We will provide you with a proof of your advert before printing for
you to approve.
Note that if you want extensive photo retouching or a particularly
complex design that would take a significant amount of time for
our art department, or if you supply your material very close to the
magazine deadline, we may have to charge an additional artwork fee.
This would be agreed with the booking contact in advance.
Once you have approved your proof, we cannot accept responsibility
for any errors or ommissions that may occur.
If we do not receive a response to your proof in time for our print
deadlines, we will send your advert to print as-is. In this situation, we
also cannot accept responsibility for any errors or ommissions.
Advert material can be emailed to:
artwork@ipropertymedia.com
If the files you are sending are very large, we suggest using a free
web-based file transfer service such as www.WeTransfer.com or
www.hightail.com

Format Preferred format High-resolution print-ready PDF (with bleed and crop marks where relevant) • All colours should be CMYK • All transparency should be flattened • Minimum image resolution 300dpi × No spot / Pantone colours × No RGB colours × No unflattened transparency Alternative format 300dpi CMYK Jpeg or Tiff file (with bleed and crop marks where relevant) Unacceptable formats We cannot accept complete adverts in the following formats: Corel Draw; Microsoft Publisher; Microsoft PowerPoint; Microsoft Word; Scribus; iWork Pages In-house design Supply of files If we are designing your advert for you, we will need the following: • Images Jpeg or Tiff format. These should be large – good quality print requires much larger images than screen or web. An image 300 pixels wide on your screen will only be 25mm (1 inch) wide when printed. Please ensure these are given clearly labelled filenames so we can relate them to the text you provide. • Logos For best quality these should be vector EPS files. Alternatively, Jpeg or Tiff files are acceptable if they are large enough; see above. • Text Ideally text should be supplied as a Microsoft Word file, although we can also accept it in the body of an email if absolutely necessary. Don’t forget to include the contact details you want to appear in your advert. We will provide you with a proof of your advert before printing for you to approve. Note that if you want extensive photo retouching or a particularly complex design that would take a significant amount of time for our art department, or if you supply your material very close to the magazine deadline, we may have to charge an additional artwork fee. This would be agreed with the booking contact in advance. Once you have approved your proof, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or ommissions that may occur. If we do not receive a response to your proof in time for our print deadlines, we will send your advert to print as-is. In this situation, we also cannot accept responsibility for any errors or ommissions. Advert material can be emailed to: artwork@ipropertymedia.com If the files you are sending are very large, we suggest using a free web-based file transfer service such as www.WeTransfer.com or www.hightail.com
