4. “Simple can be harder than complex. You have
to work hard to get your thinking clean and
make it simple. But it’s worth it in the end,
because when you get there you can move
mountains.” – Steve Jobs
6. • Product:
– “Look, they need a way to purchase their items.”
– “Everybody else in our space keeps this process
extremely simple. Make sure it’s like that.”
– “We need our CRM to be integrated so we can
send out follow-up marketing material.”
7. • Business:
– “We need to know what is in each order so we can
prepare it.”
– “It needs to notify order fulfillment with what
they are grabbing and who its going to, how fast.”
– “Marketing wants metrics on everything the
customer buys.”
9. Put it all in the context of the user
