duties.

INVESTIGATOR: Performed investigations of fraud, domestic disputes, backgrounds and
general activity. Also made cash payroll deliveries, performed security audits, surveillance
and other related duties.
1987 - 1992 OLD SAYBROOK BOARD OF EDUCATION, Old Saybrook, Connecticut
HEAD CUSTODIAN: Supervised custodial staff, which was charged with physical
maintenance i.e., cleaning, lighting, waste disposal, etc. Mechanical maintenance i.e., air
compressors, boilers, etc., minor plumbing and repairs. Also training, safety and
scheduling. Coordinating work performed by outside contractors.

PRESIDENT & GENERAL MANAGER: Performed all duties required to operate a multi-
divisioned property management / remodeling company. Daily activities included
solicitation of contracts, advising clients, managing office and field staff, coordinating
efforts of subcontractors and architects. Also screening tenants and collection of deposits
and rents.

PROPERTY MANAGER / REALTOR: Managed apartments and Condos for all clients of
this major firm. Interface with Condo Associations and handled myriad details of
complaints, securing contractors, supervised maintenance personnel. Advised clients,
advertised vacancies, screened tenants and collected deposits and rents.

INTERNATIONAL SECURITY OFFICER: Performed normal police duties including,
but not limited to, personal protection of Heads of State and other VIPs, at times posing as
a dignitary in order to protect them.
