Abroad Advisor
• You can only get the form AFTER you have confirmed into a
program AND AFTER it has been created by your Study Abroad
Advisor
8. Speaking with Scholarships and Financial Aid
• If you wish to get an idea of your available aid for Summer 2019
• SFA can not provide financial aid information related to your program
without the Study Abroad Financial Aid Request Form
• HOWEVER, they CAN tell you about aid options for taking 6 credit hours on
the TAMU campus during Summer 219
• This will give you a base line to start planning with
• DO NOT MENTION STUDY ABROAD
• This is not to deceive them. Without the form they have no information to work
with and can not provide you with the information they believe you are asking
for. They will then send you on your way.
• Ask only about aid for 6 hours on campus in the summer. They can answer that.
