The Sustainable Neighborhood Plan (SNP) for Stockton aims to address historical disinvestment and environmental challenges in the community by prioritizing the input of local residents and vulnerable populations. Funded by a transformative climate communities planning grant, the SNP outlines strategies for sustainable development, including projects that enhance housing, transportation, health, and environmental equity. The plan represents a collective vision of nearly 2,000 community members and aims to create a roadmap for implementing equitable, livable neighborhoods in south Stockton.
