Strengths Opportunities / development areas
STRENGTHS
Problem Solving and Logical thinking for resolutions helps resolve issues.
Analyse process though to ensure that the action taken is correct before
making rash decisions. Team player and wanting to get the person who
has logged the call (problems resolved).
SAP Knowledge, ensure the understanding of resolving issues around
problems occurring with the system. (but always learning new ways).
WEAKNESS
Work load, sometimes still leading to Impatiance with users to resolve
calls (generally in Manufacturing environment, users get very demanding,
trying to keep level head when dealing with these customers is very
difficult). Frustration on our part as understanding and constant messaage
of "LOG A CALL" causes rifts in relationships with customers.
Listening to suggestions from users goes unnoticed, due to work load and
wanting to resolve issued. "Learning to know where limitations of JOB can
carry you, Learning to say "NO" as you get involved with issues that
should not be in your area.

Paying attention to users who suggest ways of looking into helping with
guidance to monitoring of systems already in use helps you as a person
to support the areas you are responsible for.
THREATS
Working in your regions environment, means you're in a confined
environment - (sometimes to your benefit, keeps you close to issues) and
not aware of all the regions issues outside of your area with the team .
Straight forwardness and being upfront is a problem as users are put off
by my approach.
Targets set sometimes not met due to not focusing on issue at hand.
SAP - ECC more indepth side on the Manufactuirng side required as I am
dealing with this side and do not know how this all works.

Closer understanding of the application.
