Because you are newbie, I suggest to also attend personal enhancement , it’s good because you can apply it once you start to work.
  13. Provincial rate is more lower than Manila Rate because they believe that provincial expenditure is more lower that National Region. A corporate rate is more higher. I suggest, you go for a 20K starting salary.
  14. This is a governmental contribution that you need to pay. It will be deducted to your salary. It is a benefit not a burden to you. You can borrow and claim a loan or benefits whenever you need it as long as you already have 24 monthly contributions. You can ask your HR regarding your possible benefits. BIR serves as your share to the government. They will deduct withholding tax to those employees who are already earning more than P250,000.00 per annum. However, because of train law those who are earning less than P250,000 per annum or P20,833.33 a month, then congratulations, you are free from tax.

  16. Labor Union is a congregation between employees, However, if things go wrong, you have a right to defend it with the help of a labor union. It’s usually happen when your salary, benefits, company guidelines go wrong. Before, strikes or labor union happen, you seek help first to DOLE or Dept. of Labor and Employment. Report to DOLE the discrepancies why your life and your co-employees go wrong. But before you do it, there’s a long way process….. Tallk first to your companies… If nothings happen, and even goes wrong, that’s the time to make your big move.
