Editor's Notes
Melvin Gaines III, that’s who.
Before I breakdown what each part of my mantra means let me explain why I choose this. I’m simple, to the point, direct and I know what I am capable of. I needed my brand mantra to reflect on that so that is why its short, sweet and to the point. I choose power words to show the fact I as much as I dream and have passion for this industry, I also understand business. Innovative shows creativity, powerful shows my high standards, and reliable shows my understanding. I think everyone should know who “gainzm3” is.
As the first part of my brand mantra, innovation is of top importance. It demonstrates my open mindedness and willingness to always adventure to try new things
Secondly my mantra explains that I am powerful because I always make sure to use my potential and mind to the fullest, and the mind is always a powerful thing
Last but not least I am reliable. Its important to showcase this because it shows I understand the importance of a job or project to get the job done
Growing up I always knew I wanted to do something in music. Life didn’t always come easy, but with growing confidence I overcame many obstacles. I gained a lot of experience from moving around all the time and began to notice the bigger picture.
I was the youngest shop lead at IPS Motorsports, before receiving my diploma. I was in the Army as an Infantry Squad leader, and now I am a medically retired veteran and full time student.
Because of my many leadership roles I have something great to offer anybody who needs it. I am prepared to take charge, responsibility and accountability. These traits build what becomes a successful business platform.
I dropped out of high school but still managed to get my diploma. I then received a few college credits from Columbus Community College, Ohio, before joining the military. I then went to Belmont University in Nashville for sound engineering. After retiring I pursued my studies at Full Sail University in Audio Production.
I have skills excelling in leaderships, operations, dependability, special training and clearances, education and certifications. Excellent listening and time management skills.
The most important relationship you’ll have is the one you have with yourself, that’s why I am dedicated to constantly coming up with new ways to for my self-growth. I am to stay open-minded and always seeking new information to build on my self-growth.
By dedicating time I am always one step ahead of the crowd. I believe in commitment and following through throughly
I have a bad reputation for high school that lead to all of fear and doubt. But I never let it destroy me.
Always jumped to leadership positions rather quick. Commonly most trusted and approached by colleagues.
Management since my early years lead me to leadership and growth in the military. Also started and ran a large chapter of a car club. A volunteer landscaper for a business to work alongside troubled youth for over 2 years. Worked and completed various group projects successfully and with minimum to no problems.
Rapid promotions in every job. I came home after a rough deployment. However, my children are two of my biggest accomplishments.
My ideal work environment would be working with creative and open minded people, making good music.
I have a genuine love for music. The wanting to bring the spirit of music back, instead of flooding the market with meaningless money makers. I appreciate the soul of music, and we’ve grown to have a trusting relationship. Music is my source of creative outlet and expression.
I have always been involved with music. When I was younger, if I was not listening to music I was playing instruments, mainly the drums. Bass sets a rhythm to life.
I decided never to leave music. Everything good has always come from us working together. This is my passion and I plan to do everything to fulfill it.
I want to be a music producer and eventually own my on label with different kinds of artist inventing new sounds.
Success mean setting goals with limitless potential. Exceeding your on expectations when you thought you couldn’t. Proving people wrong and making my children proud.
When its all said and done I have to do it for my 2 kids they mean the world to me. I have to show them to take advantage of opportunity and to try hard and never give up, just like I did when my back was against the wall.
I’m ready to take the world by storm. I have the work ethic, more than enough various experiences to set me apart from others, I have passion and love for music, and I have my 2 most important and valuable motivators. What makes me the most different from others, is that I am prepared for whatever comes my way. So lets join up and make the rainbow come to us.
I appreciate you taking the time to see what I have to offer, and I can promise you one last thing: I get things done. Thanks again!
