2. Wireless
Talascend was engaged by a large Engineering and Construction
Company [E&C] to support the deployment of a 4G high speed
wireless network across the U.S. for one of their key accounts.
During the initial three (3) month ramp up, we successfully hired
206 telecom engineers across 14 cities with an additional 164 in
the remaining 6 months to supplement growth in each market.
In total, Talascend delivered 370 telecom professionals from
Field Engineers, Transport Engineers, RF Engineers, and Site
Acquisition Managers for the project.
Fiber
Talascend has been working alongside the largest Telecom
providers who have taken advantage of fiber-optic communications
to deliver data. As the demand for data bandwidth increases,
