4. Brych Technology, LLC was originally started in 2013 with four cell
phone tower crews by obtaining contracts from contractors at a third
tier. On April 27, 2014, Brych Technology, LLC became licensed and
registered with South Carolina, Secretary of State. Also in 2014, at
fourth tier, Brych Technology, LLC was able to gross $725,000 in gross
revenues and employed over 21 full-time employees.

6. Facilities
Currently, we occupy a 3,500 square foot administrative building to
include a 100,000 square foot warehouse across from our facility,
located in Elgin, South Carolina. We are also in acquisition of another
warehouse facility to foster our expansion and accommodate our
Ericsson first tier contract before close of 2015.
7. Mission Statement
We believe that we are here to help with the evolution of modern
communications. We are constantly focusing on modernizing the way
we accomplish projects. We strongly feel that we must own and
control the primary methodologies behind the projects that we take
on and participate only in markets where we can make significant
contributions. We believe in saying, “No,” to thousands of projects, so
that we can really focus on the few that are truly important and
meaningful to us; and we will never settle for less than excellence.

The success of Brych Technology, LLC is a direct result of our
successful management team in the industry: from our
accounting department to our research department. Our
company has always prided itself on staying abreast of what is
trending in the marketplace and assessing and implementing
future needs that fit within our company goals. Our CEO,
Brenda Watson, has previous experience as a CEO for a cell
phone tower company before she started Brych Technology,
LLC. Our CEO comes with two degrees, to include an
accounting and a business degree. This allows our company to
be better managed, focused and profitable.

At Brych Technology, LLC, we specialize in the construction, installation,
maintenance, upgrading, and repair of communication facilities. This includes
LTE, UMTS, GMS, AWS, PCS, DAS, Cellular, Messaging, LMDS, CLEC, and
Broadband.
We provide a complete “Turn Key” construction service; to include construction
management services for the wireless industry. We assist our customers, with the
expansion of their network infrastructures on time and within budget. Our fiber
specialists handle everything from designing and installing fiber optic cables, to
repairing and resolving all types of fiber optic cable problems.
