5. At Santa Fe High School,
I was on the drill team. I held
the leadership position of
captain.
I was in the Peer Assistance
and Leadership program,
where I mentored young at
risk children.
6. At Santa Fe High School,
I was a member of the
National Honor Society.
I was also named Student of the
Month in December 2009 by the
Rotary Club.
I received this because of my
academics, community service,
and leadership.
7. In 2010 I began my
undergraduate degree at Texas
Tech University.
8. I am majoring in
Political Science and a
double minor in
Economics and Arabic.
I am planning on
graduating a year early.
9. With a Political Science degree I
would like to be a policy analyst.
