A student from the village of Damyanitsa made stuffed grape leaves using ingredients like grape leaves, onions, rice, minced beef, paprika, celery, oregano, salt and water. The grape leaves were steamed and then filled with a mixture of the fried onions, cooked rice and minced meat. The filled leaves were placed in a pot submerged in water and boiled for 45 minutes or baked in a dish of water in the oven. The stuffed grape leaves were described as delicious when served with yogurt and lemon slices.
