Salads play a spesial role in Bulgarian`s diet. Bulgarians will always start their
lunch or dinner with a salad.Without a doubt , Bulgarian`s most famous salad is
exactly SHOPSKA SALAD.
How to make the perfect SHOPSKA SALAD?
Preparation time :10 minutes
Ingredients:
3 or 4 tomotoes
1 or 2 cucumbers
2 roasted peppers or 2 fresh green peppers
2 spoonfuls chopped parsly
2 spoonfuls chopped or sliced onion
Some cheese,some salt ,some vinegar and some oil
Instructions :
First wash the vegetables.Cut the tomatoes, cucumbers and peppers in small
cubes. Mix well with the parsley , onion, salt, vineger and oil.Serve in individual
plates ,top up with grated some cheese,decorate with parsley and our salad is
ready!
