• Qualified supervision
• Better job security

• The annual dues and initiation fees
• The loss of autonomy, an individual may loss individuality
• A less collaborative workplace
• Seniority, A new employee might be better at the job but with no seniority
they will have to work for a promotion
(Keller, 2012).

• With all the Pro and cons of a Union. It a really good thing to be in a union.
The Benefits outweigh the negatives on a union
• A Union protects you from bad workplaces
• Keeps the wages the same.
• Makes job security important.
• Being in a union makes the employees highly productive.
