In addition, he drafts companies' establishment contracts as well he overseeing the firms judicial and linguistic requirements. Dr. Ba Suhail also communicates with local newspapers regarding law field and legislation issues. Waleed Amer – Senior Legal Advisor Mr. Amer’s main area of profession is in the field of commercial practises. He specializes in Saudi Companies and Labour Laws, in particular, drafting memorandums of understanding, company statutes, shareholders agreements, sales contracts, commercial agencies contracts and commercial licensing & distributorship contracts. Mr. Amer provides legal advice to Saudi and non-Saudi companies on different subjects of business law, including drafting legal opinions, due diligence.
