Product management for Xerox’s Managed Print Services’ (MPS) suite of assessment tools. Consulted key business
stakeholders and customers to define the business and technical strategy for workflow assessment tools. Designed and
delivered tools to a global customer base of over 1K diverse, individual users in an optimized business process
environment for clients.
Developed a holistic business and technical roadmap for the assessment tools suite that accounted for strengths
and opportunities as well as weaknesses and threats, including capability gaps.
Lead the program and project management team to execute the roadmap for the assessment tools suite through
the development and implementation of new capabilities which were deployed globally with a strong training,
documentation, and support program.

Responsible for the design, development and management of three global procurement product solutions within
Microsoft’s indirect purchasing portfolio, driving Microsoft’s procurement and finance business strategies. Combined,
these three solutions transacted over $20 billion in spend, annually.
Partnered with Microsoft IT on creation of user personas and scenarios as well as writing of business requirements
and functional specifications.
Owned the end-to-end development and launch of Catalog Platform, a global user-focused purchasing solution
supporting Microsoft’s indirect B2B purchasing, with 250k annual transactions and $300M in spend across 50
subsidiaries.
o Business lead for Microsoft’s contract negotiations with Hubwoo. Led contract negotiations, achieving over
50% savings and alignment to all key Microsoft business and legal terms.
o Integrated Hubwoo, the third-party catalog provider, into Microsoft’s internal requisitioning solution that
included the user testing, implementation and change management across over 40 countries.
Designed, developed and managed Procurement Data Source (PDS), the procurement data infrastructure platform
for all of Microsoft’s indirect purchasing applications. PDS supports over 700 administrators, 20k users, and 50k
suppliers across 150 subsidiaries.
Managed an enterprise-wide system enhancement effort including the retirement of a legacy procurement
platform (MS Market) and migration to new systems, resulting in ~$1M in annual cost savings.
Program Manager, Global Procurement Operations 2007 – 2010
Defined and implemented the processes, policies, procedures and data infrastructure for all indirect procurement
transactional activities as part of the One Finance Initiative which standardized and outsourced key finance activities
globally.
Developed and implemented the Procurement Data Infrastructure Program by utilizing the United Nations Standard
Products and Services Code (UNSPSC) along with other internal data sources to enable consistent processes and
reporting across 150 subsidiaries.
