I have had the pleasure of working with May Alwashmi on evaluation of a training program – WebEx
Online Training Series: Voice over IP (VoIP) initiative for the IT Services Department at The University of
Chicago. The Predictive Evaluation Report has not only met my needs, it exceeded my expectations. It
was an appreciated opportunity to be evaluated and assessed in such a thorough and professional
manner. The report provides a valuable, practical assessment of the online training program. This will
aid in support of continuation of the program as well as development of future programs of this type
and in this medium.
Ms. Alwashmi exhibited a wide range of skills and an outstanding performance in the role as HRD
Consultant. She mastered the often overwhelming task of learning the extensive background of VoIP
and WebEx technologies along with the University of Chicago environment and its customer base. This
was essential in order for her to evaluate the WebEx Online Training Services, a resource IT Services
seeks to use to help clients in their transition to VoIP telephone services. Ms. Alwashmi’s diligence,
bright mind, analytical nature and unwavering commitment to glean the business needs from surveys,
interviews, observation, and questionnaires enabled her to achieve this success.
Ms. Alwashmi was truly unique in her ability to analyze, fact find, and research the various aspects of
the training program. She gained a clear understanding of a broad range of clients from diverse
technology backgrounds in The University of Chicago community (both campus and hospital) in a short
amount of time. Her project assessment framed in the method of predictive evaluation conveys
information clearly and effectively on the WebEx Online Training Series for the VoIP initiative. May
Alwashmi presents herself in a professional manner and exhibits an excellent talent for Human Resource
