Information Security Administrator –Shift Supervisor
 Corrected 86 vulnerabilities on 1500 computers to bring all systems into
most current patch compliance.
 Built seven different scripts that did tasks including finding what software
was installed on each workstation, getting workstation MAC addresses,
setting up a DNS black hole list blocking 48,000 malicious domains. This
resulted in reducing the workload by 50+ man-hours per month.
 Monitored 11 staff members, leading and instructing each technician, and
was considered the go-to technician when tough and new problems would
arise.

 Lead technician with the upgrade of 800 computers from XP to Win 8.
 Reinvented the process for reloading computers reducing the worlkload by
600+ total man-hours.
 Primary administrator of Good Mobile device management server,
managing over 30+ iPhones.

 Hand selected for Accelerate to Excellence, designed to fast track Navy
sailors who showed great potential before boot camp.
 Tutored and assisted students in Information Technology of the Future
School. 100% of the students passed the necessary certification tests and
graduated from “A” and “C” schools prepared for their jobs in the Navy.
This unprecedented milestone has not been repeated.

2.  Implemented a 90% reduction in budget for Information Technology,
without reduction in staff, and continued at this level for four years without
issue.
 Created a database to track guests that eliminated countless mistakes and
saved two man-hours processing time per group that was booked.
 Designed a VoIP server which reduced monthly phone costs from
$800/month to $30/month.
 Implemented a point to point Wi-Fi network that had over a half mile range
connecting two places on the campsite that had never before had internet
capability.
