SXSW Interactive attracts over 35,000 people from around the world
to participate in one of the largest festivals for new technology, digital
trends and entrepreneurship. Unfamiliar with Austin and overwhelmed
by the downtown crowds, these trendsetters and tastemakers are
looking for a way to escape the long lines and explore the uniqueness
of Austin.

As an Austin-born digital ad agency, Tocquigny has a love affair with
tacos. So we shared this passion with our SXSW friends and treated
them to an experience they’ll never forget: complimentary shuttles
from downtown to local taco joints - with free local craft beer along the
way. The mantra: “Escape for an hour. Eat like an insider.”
To market the tour, Tocquigny created a responsive microsite, an email
campaign, social media properties, printed collateral, event signage,
and branded giveaways and apparel. In the end, SXSW attendees
didn’t just leave Austin with new apps on their smart phone and a
grab bag full of useless tchotchkes. They left with a memorable Austin
experience unlike any other.
